Delivery of Goods
All orders are despatched within one business day of payment where possible. We will send you an update via email letting you know when your order has been posted. You can also view your order status by looking in your account by Clicking Here
In the rare event that we are out of stock of an item you will be notified (usually via email) and given a delivery date. If this is not satisfactory you will be given the option of cancelling your order or changing the item for a different option.
Australia Post usually deliver within 1 - 3 working days for city regions and up to 6 - 12 days for very remote areas (this is pretty rare). Please accept our apologies should your order not be delivered within these time frames. We will track any order that has been delayed and report back to you.
All orders are despatched via Australia Post and are subject to their terms and conditions.
An intent to return an item must be notified to us within 14 days of receiving your order by either email or telephone. Returns are accepted only in the case of prior authorization.
In the case of the incorect product being ordered or delivered the products must be in perfect condition, unopened and in packaging.
You may wish to exchange an item with another one of the same value.
Shipment cost cannot be refunded except in the case of the incorrect product being sent the cost for re-sending an item is free.
We recommend purchasing insurance since we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged returns. We cannot guarantee that your package will not be damaged upon arrival to your address.
Any damaged or incomplete shipments must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of the products. If a product arrives looking damaged then please immediately
file a claim with the carrier and save all original packing material for inspection.
